He obtained his psychological education and successive academic degrees at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Warsaw. He conducted scientific and educational work at several universities, and since 2008, he has been mainly associated with the Institute of Psychology at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. His research focuses on the broadly understood personality and its measurement. He is the author of numerous international publications, which led Stanford University in collaboration with Elsevier to include him in successive editions of "The World’s Top 2% Scientists" list. This list comprises the 2% most frequently cited researchers from all scientific disciplines worldwide.
