Prof. Matczak's jubilee celebration was organized on November 8, 2018, the occassion being her round anniversary. There were lots of best wishes, flowers, hugs, memories, champaign and, most of all, laughter. For 20 years Professor Matczak has been head of the Laboratory's main research section always commenting on our efforts and ideas, whether good or bad, with a merry smile. She is our best mentor, the Laboratory's good spirit and our personal icon of style.

This unusual and happy occassion gathered all our team together with the Laboratory long-standing friends and collaborators: Prof. Jan Strelau, Dr. Małgorzata Toeplitz-Wiśniewska, former president of the Polish Psychological Association, Dr. Teresa Szuster, Dr. Zuzanna Toeplitz, Dr. Katarzyna Martowska, Dr. Katarzyna Knopp and Ewa Zalewska. We would like to thank all the guests for coming and being with us on that special day.
