LJI-2 Test

The test consists of 16 decision scenarios and require a test-taker to rate four behaviours which are possible responses to the situation described. The test result allows to assess the preferred leadership style as well as the ability to judge situations and adjust one's decision-making style using information provided in a given scenario. 
The tool can be applied to assess abilities of both candidates for managing positions and managers having the experience of team managment. Used as a valuable element in assessment and development projects it can also perfectly complement personality tests in selection procedures. 
The test so far has been published in 7 languages. The Polish adaptation of two versions: LJI-2 (the standard version) and LJI-Sales (the version where the scenarios are set within the context of sale companies) is in progress.
